Adjustable Stairway

This product has been designed to improve safety in travelling ways where the gradients and the stairways angels cannot be predetermined.

These stairs are adjustable so that when the inclination changes the stair can be adjusted and will always be level, therefore preventing slip and fall accidents and incidents.

 

Ezi Self-Cleaning Sump

The unique design prevents mud and sludge from settling around the impellor inlet of the pump. This ensures that the pump is pumping effectively, efficiently and continuously.

The distinctive angles of the sump and the recycled flow of pumped water ensures that the sump remains clean and the pump working effectively and efficiently.

 

Self Cleaning Eliminator

The Self Cleaning Eliminator uses regulated recycled flow of pumped water, via valve control, ensuring that the gutters and collection box of the Eliminator remain clean, and the pump works effectively and efficiently.

 

Badger Temporary Support Prop

Eziload Mining (Pty) Ltd has designed and patented a temporary support prop with a design feature that is unique to the industry.

The Badger Temporary Support Prop was developed to improve and promote increased safety to personnel while removing temporary support props in the working environment by means of a pull cable.

 

Mud Accumulator

The Mud Accumulator is a patented device designed to keep cross cuts and tracks beneath box fronts clean, allowing for efficient tramming periods, spillage prevention while pulling ore from the boxes and reduction in fines losses on the footwalls of the cross cut.

 

Water Weir Eliminator

The Water Weir Eliminator is a designed and patented drain system. The Eliminator is installed in a raise or a gully, preventing water from entering the ore pass. The Water Weir Eliminator collected the water and is then piped out to the cross cut.

 

Spillage Mats

Eziload Mining (Pty) Ltd has designed a spillage mat that is attached to the box front platform and hangs into the hopper while the ore pass is being drained. This prevents an overflow of ore spilling over the hopper onto the footwall of the crosscut which will then require it to be shovelled into a hopper after the ore pass has been pulled.

 

Backfill Contracting

Backfill contracting is a full turnkey operation, including labour supply and supervision, paddock and backfill bag installation, as well as, filling of the backfill bag.

Eziload Mining (Pty) Ltd's backfill contracting incorporates the induction of all the required HDPE pipes, flexible filling hoses, flushing systems, flocculant stations and the communication systems.

Backfill bags are manufactured from various materials and in different sizes as required by our clients for their individual needs.

 

Backfill Portable Safety Bags

We have designed a portable safety bag system that eliminates spillages if a backfill bag happens to burst. This also prevent lines of backfill to be skipped to allow areas to be utilised for safety bags, or in some cases no safety bags at all.

 

Backfill Water Reticulation System

Eziload Mining (Pty) Ltd has developed a system that eliminates backfill flushing water to filter through the backfill bag and stopes that prevents the fines from being washed into the cross cut and causing massive spillages under the box fronts, and then have to be loaded into a hopper before tramming can commence.

 

Cross Cut Management

Eziload Mining (Pty) Ltd have specialised teams to rehabilitate cross cuts.

Our bestowed crews load mud in the haulages and cross cut sections, grade and re-align tracks, re-install drains, pumps piping and drain columns.

Eziload Mining (Pty) Ltd Rail and Track Rehabilitation teams perform operations by replacing rails, sleepers and drains, as well as rebuilding bunt walls, rail maintenance and ballasting.
